SafeMark Station automatic laser marking system
SafeMark Station from Betop Laser is an extremely safe laser marking system with automatic safety door. The system has programmed all the steps of marking cycle, which can shorten the processing time of laser marking hence boosting the efficiency. The considerable safety designs such as safety door, light curtain, fume exhaust, safety PLC , working state light and mechanical shutter, etc., can assure our product meet the strict laser machine safety compliances in customer’s countries and minimize the risks of operation. The modular design concept of SafeMark station gives more flexibility for the customer who has space limit. The upper laser marking module can be used as an independent machine without bottom base.
Safe
The multiple laser safety designs of SafeMark Station such as safety door, light curtain, safety PLC and mechanical shutter can assure working safety of the operator and improve working experience significantly.
Efficient
The workstation has equipped an automatic door controlled by PLC. We have programmed all the steps in a marking cycle, By simply pressing the start button on front panel or foot pedal, This program can be can be triggered. It can save average 5~8s processing time for each marking cycle compare to manual safety door and ideal for medium and big lot sizes.
Flexible
Due to modular design concept, The upper section of SafeMark station can be worked as independent machine. Additionally, We offer 3 optional laser types which are Fiber, UV and CO2 for this system based on actual application from customer.

We fully understand reliability is key for an industrial level laser marking system. So the critical controlling and sensors spares equipped on our system are all sourced from world top brands such as Siemens, Misumi, Festo,Phoenix Contact, Pilz, Sick, etc.
Considerable safety designs for operators
With experiences in working with Europe and North America customers, Betop knows how to build a safe laser system to complaint safety regulations in those countries. Except motorized protective door with light curtain, There are also some other safety elements on our station such as inbuilt exhaust, mechanical shutter, safety PLC, light curtain, LED state light etc.,
Semi-automated program boosts productivity
The automatic door can speed up loading and unloading process and also free hands of operators, which makes the machine is quite easy for operation and hence reduce the cycling time for about 8s in average. The optional automatic focus find function can help operator find the focus conveniently. The workstation is ideal for customers with small or medium lot size parts which need to be marked and looking for safe and reliable laser marking station.

Optional rotary table for cylinder parts
Except normal split marking function of rotary. The marking software from Betop supports turning while marking function which increases more possibility for the innovation for the operators ( The A axis work with Galvo head simultaneously)
